If you write lenghty blog posts/articles which consist around 400 words or more then you might want to add printing function to your blog posts so that your readers can print them easily for offline reading.
It’s unfortunate that Wordpress doesn’t has the function by default like other major CMS. But verily with every difficulty there is relief. A sufficient plugin which meet this purpose for Wordpress users is WP-Print 2.30 plugin by GaMerZ.

The plugin creates clean print layout of your post and several informations about the post is added at the bottom.
The plugin was updated to be compatible with the latest Wordpress 2.5 and is out of beta so it’s the right time to install the plugin if you haven’t tried it yet.

I can see that a printing function can be very useful on a blog, thanks for drawing my attention to this angle.

I had blogged about it earlier and had used it on my blog. But later took it off, when I changed my theme. But I liked it.

This is not only a great idea, I would add another function too, that of “email to”. Very often, one would like to send some posts to friends or save on printed format and these would be of great help.

That’s very useful, thanks. I was looking for such plugin for a long time and even tried to code it by myself.
