there is a dedicated utorrent download optimiser, but the links to the .exe are blocked by a server linked to the homepage???? i dont know why this is in place, how ever it is called ‘utorrent download optimiser 1.0′ and ive used it on vista before and ive had my downloads sitting comfortably around 200-300kbps, no joke. so if u can get your hands on it then you are very lucky, so dont delete it if u do!
