I am extremely dissatisfied with the hosting package with Namesco I bought a package and wanted to warn other customers about their refund package and slow time it takes to contact any customer service representatives. 3 days after buying the package i asked for a refund and was told that I was only entitled to 20% of the amount paid due to administrative charges – set out in the terms and conditions which they said are mentioned “verbally” and were not mentioned to me.PLEASE DON’T USE NAMES.CO.UK for your own sanity!!!!!
