Personally, I don’t like to double-click the start button to run the program that I need. it’s wasting my precious time 
and I prefer to do it in other way. I glanced trough the internet last time, and found that RK Launcher is good solution for my problem. It has been a long time since I have used this software to suit my needs and it really pleased me.
RK Launcher is a program that let you to run your application in a single click, and the interesting thing is when mouse is moved over the dock, all the icons will automatically grow.
It’s kind of like the Mac OSX dock but who cares. If it’s good feature why not port it to Windows XP 
There are other softwars that offer the same function like Y’z Dock but I recommend this one for its stability and rapid development process.
A nice job by the programmer I must say.To run this software, I recommend you to have at least 256 megabyte ram for your system while 1 gigabyte of ram is good for optimal performance. See RK Launcher in action:

It seems good but how do u install it. All i got is a zip, i extracted it and got files but how do i work it. Sorry if its obvious.

Unzip it to a permanent directory, like Program Files, then run the executable file in there. It will start up RK Launcher. Move it into your Startup folder if you want it to open when you powre on your computer :).
