Microsoft has adopted the Mozilla Firefox extension able feature into the new Internet Explorer 7 called IEaddons, making it easier for user to customize the internet browser. There are four categories for the add-ons which are time savers, security, browsers, and entertainments.
Many of the add-ons are free to use, while the other are commercialized. Although the Internet Explorer 7 is new, many add-ons have been added to the site by time. You can sort the add-ons by rating which means it will be easier for you to choose the best add-ons for your internet browser.
One feature that interests me is the wide support from major software company that integrates their software into the Internet Explorer 7. Software like Download Accelerator Plus will not have incompatibility problem with Internet Explorer anymore.
You can get the recommended Ads-on by Microsoft here.

I know one that’s really different. It tries to improuve the navigation by offering a set of back and forward buttons better than the original. You can find it at http://www.intelnav.com. It’s beta now so it’s free.
