I was recently playing games (Counter-Strike,etc) and this nasty Windows Logo key keep annoying me because I always accidentally clicked it. I start to search a solution to solve my problem and luckily I have found one. It’s from the Microsoft website and it did work.
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=181348Alternatively, you can copy this following message into your notepad and save as “.reg and use it.
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout]
“Scancode Map”=hex:00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,03,00,00,00,00,00,5b,e0,00,00,5c,e0,\
00,00,00,00
Do not forget to enable your Quick Launch so that you did not have difficulty to show your desktop later using the “show desktop” button. Before using this tweak, I always use Windows Button + D to show my desktop quickly. Now, I disable the Windows Logo Key. So, I can’t use that shortcut anymore.

This program now has its own website. Also now it allows people to disable the “SickyKey” feature (Pressing “Shift” 5 times) in Windows XP.
