Finally, I manage to buy a new ADSL modem this morning. The model is none other than the famous Aztech DSL600EU, priced at RM150. I know the price is more expensive than the price that you can get from Lowyat plaza, but this is Mukah, Sarawak where there are less IT shops in the town and I can’t do nothing just to except the fact. Chinese New Year celebration is still going on now and many shops are still not in business.
Early on, the Telekom guy offers us to subscribe to the RM77 package where I can rent the modem but since the upgrading process will take a long time, I decided just follow my instinct, which is to connect to the internet as soon as possible. My dad and I still got a lot of business to do in the internet so I think it’s not a bad choice. Sorry telekom..
