A Hollywood film studio is instituting legal proceedings against a gossip blogger after the blogger displayed Jennifer’s partitially nude photo (featuring her nipples) which was stolen from their web site. The photo appeared to be scanned from French magazine Choc.
Universal City Studios Productions filed the accusation on Tuesday and stated that the stolen photo was displayed at parezhilton website by blogger Mario Lavandeira, or better known as Hilton. The screenshot was shooted from romantic-comedy film in 2006 called The Break-Up which was also staring a famous Hollywood actress Vince Vaughn. The Hollywood Studio film asked for court’s permission to instruct US marshal get the stolen photo from the 28-years old blogger and it seems that they are winning since many sites have also removed the photo from their website.
I don’t know if the photo looks good but easy said if you are in possession of of any of the said photo, you must return them to NBC Universal. Gulp, I suppose that people is getting smarter nowadays..
