most of the stuff at giveaway is full of spyware/adware and most of it is useless beta testing stuff.I would not download anything from that site unless You read the comments left by other people who have used the software.

ITS NOT spyware or adware site and it also tells you all restrictions associated with the software, I know cause ive used it for ages
