Money-craze: When existing public participation has growing at enormous rate in schemes Internet
investment that promises double returns, Jakim’s National Fatwa Council held a conference in Kuala Terengganu and discussed Swisscash as the model of their discussions. Their discussion found it’s haram (forbidden/prohibited/illegal according to Islam divine law, Shari-’ah) and all the investment that have the same feature as Siwsscash are haram too because they give fixed return, and contain interest (riba).
If you read the newspaper yesterday, you will find news about the issue if you read Utusan Malaysia or Harian Metro.
According to the news, National Fatwa council chairman Datuk’s Professor Dr. Abdul Shukor Husin found reporter after the meeting and told, any investment with fixed return like Swisscash is haram because Islam do not allow the believers to invest in investment program in such form.
So, the investors whose involve in scheme such as ABfund, Winlifund, Empay, BuyeBerrel, Eaindex, Fical, Global Forex, Arabic.com, Eracapital.com, E-investpro, GG-trade, and SmartIndex will need to quit from the program, and donate the rest of the profit to charity body or orphanage.
In my opinion, it’s a good step by the National Fatwa council to spread those possibly-ponzi schemes to everybody. They are a new form of virus that effect not-less than 500, 000 Malaysians and for the sake of the hereafter, we must dispel greedy nature from ourselves because this is merely transient world. I’m sure that Allah has His own wisdom for probihiting interest/riba in our everyday’s life.
O you who believe, fear Allah and give up what remains due to you of interest if you are indeed believers. And if you do not, then be warned of war (against you) by Allah and His Messenger, while if you repent you shall have your capital. Do not do wrong and you shall not be wronged. (Al-Baqarah: 278-279)

i was trying to earn halal income with Google Adsense. I was also using Adsense before but after reading some info on brother Baba Ali’s website, who does not have adsense adds as he feels that we dont know where Google earns its profits.
In the past, i read Google has been sued for profiting from illegal websites. Also, it is possible that Google earns profits from porn site and other illegal scam sites run by criminals. So both Google and the criminals profit. I feel it is best to stay away from a haram company, though you may not participate in the haram.
I refer to the following website:
ummahfilms com / faqs
Just type in google search: ‘google profits from illegal websites and will see various haram sites which google profits from. If some trusted knowledgeable muslim can prove to me that it is not haram referring to the Quran and sunnah, i would gladly put back my adds on my blog and advertise some affiliate programs i have going. I feel my prayer, dua may not be accepted if i earn from haram income.
You are still profiting from a company that earns some of its income from haram sources. Please feel free to comment on any errors i have made. Wa Asalam.
