A contact form inside a blog enables your visitor to send a message to you effortlessly and for this purpose, a Wordpress plugin that I would recommend is WP-Ajax Contact by Rupert Morris. ajaxContact is basically the excellent wo-contactform by Ryan Duff, mashed together with Dustin Diaz’s fine Ajax Comment form, which isn’t a Wordpress plugin. So, what we got now is an Ajax Contact form plugin for your Wordpress blog which in my opinion can leave a good impression for users toward your site usability.
What is Ajax-> A scripting technique for silently loading new data from the server a.k.a real time effect.
How to use the plugin.
1. Upload its folder to your website’s Wordpress plugin directory.
(wp-content/plugin)
2. Activate it in your plugin’s page at Admin Panel.
3. Create a new page and put the tag < –ajax contact form–> with a ‘i’ right behind the ‘<’. The location you put the tag will determine where the contact form is going to be placed.

Untuk wordpress.com upload plugin memang x boleh..ko kene ada web hosting sendiri (free atau berbayar) baru boleh buat modification tu.
