Have you added Adsense to your blog? I started to do it since last year and it seems that getting money from Adsense program honestly is a very challenging ‘game’ to play. As we all know, the place where we put our Adsense ads will play a big role in determining our Adsense click trough rate later.
If your Ad’s placement is good, the more clicks will you get from the visitors and your earning will increase slightly. For Wordpress cms, fortunately there is dozen of easy ways we can integrate Adsense into our blog. You can use several plugins or integrate Adsense code into your template itself.
The first plugin that you can use is Adsense Deluxe. Adsense Deluxe plugin let you enter Adsense (or any contextual Ads such as Yahoo Publisher Network’s ads) into any part of the content that you like, as example between the paragraphs in your blog’s post. You can change the ad styles globally from the control panel and it needs no understanding of php, very flexible since you can also do unlimited stlying to the ad.
The second plugin that I would recommend is Adsense Injection. Adsense Injection is a Wordpress plugin that insert Adsense randomly into any part of your blog’s post, and I’ve written a review about it here . I think it works best for blog with lengthy post as the ad will blend perfectly with the content.
Here’s a screenshot of perfectly blended ad in content.
While I think that both of the two plugins would serve your need for automation, you can also try to integrate your Adsense code into your Wordpress template. This means you will not need to install any plugin later and for this purpose, I think Tamba has written a great tutorial on how you can do it within your theme files. Check it out.

cammana nak register and terima duit dari adsense ?
April 7th, 2007 at 10:58 pm
@Everyday Weekender: the new version is better than the previous one I suppose.
@ikram: untuk register, gi http://www.google.com/adsense. ko leh choose untuk reg under parents ko ataupun nama ko ajer. lepas approve, letak ad code kt website ko..apabila amount dia dh nak near 100 dollar, google akan hantar ko satu pin code untuk aktifkan “payment” melalui mail.
bila nk payment (once dh exceed 100 dollar earning dier), dalam setting tax, just letak je option yang ko bukan us citizen. bila dh settle semua tu, dia akan hantar pada hujung bulan.

dragstar: Wordpress CMS based blog, not wordpress.com’s blog. We cannot turn a Wordpress.com’s blog into commercial one.

I’ve been using Adsense Deluxe for quite a while now and it is very easy to use it and quickly insert Google Ads anywhere in the content.

Aloha,
I tried a few adsense plugins out but wasn’t ever pleased with the results. So I decided to write a little php code myself to insert adsense between paragraphs on a wordpress post. The code ended up being pretty simple and you should be able to customize it to whatever you’d like so you can display ads in a bunch a different ways, between all sorts of paragraphs.
I wrote a little tutorial about it at my blog if you’re interested. Hopefully it can help you optimize you earnings.
Check it out at my adsense between paragraphs tutorial.
Aloha,
Erik

It seems that placing adsense in WordPress post is a challenging task. It is difficult to include, modift and customize Adsense or any simple HTML codes inside WordPress post is difficult.even in your blog some Adsense does not appears.

I’ve been experimenting with different adsense layouts. My current layout is only giving me a 1% clickthru rate (ugh!) so I’m going to see if this Adsense Deluxe program will be helpful. Thanks!
