Making money online by blogging has been a famous trend among the bloggers nowadays. Make a site, start blogging about the topic you like and after meeting certain requirements; your blog will be accepted to the programs (Reviewme, PayPerPost, and Bloggerwave to name a few).
While it may looks like unethical to certain group of blog readers, the development of the trend had roses up so quickly that many companies/startups came out to be the ‘middle person’ between bloggers and advertisers. If you ask me for my opinion, I think it’s totally okay to write a paid review but make sure it is based on your honest point of view on the product.
Anyway, PayPerPost has launched PayPerPost Direct as a part of their Birdo Release recently. The idea started when they had a number of people asking whether it’s possible for advertisers to directly approach posties and get them to write special blog posts, without the involvement of middle men.
It sounds like could be a possible lost in profit to the company if it’s done, isn’t it? But PPP has made it possible for selected bloggers which would mean they will only charges a 10% fee, 5% of which goes to transaction fees for Paypal and credit card processing.
It certainly beat up offers from other competitors such as Reviewme which charge 50%-100% markup and keep up to half your money from your review so it’s not a surprise that Probloggers such as AndyBear has joined the PayPerPost Direct. (I was also invited, but did not have enough time to join it yet).
So, if you’re interested to make money from blogging, joining PPP is a good step for you start. Write a good blog with posts that will benefit the readers and the money will flow to you automatically.
