[Extreme] Computer without casing

For easier and faster hardware troubleshooting/installation, I had to put my computer into condition that was similar to this before. Never think of people who want to let it stay like that permanently but if they did it that’s what I call guts, since the guy might posses the risk of getting an electric shock while working.

Or the company just wants to save cost by excluding casing from their computer budget list? Let you decide on this.. (Photos after the jump)
