It’s difficult to sell links on website with low page rank nowadays if we stick to system such as Text-Link-Ads where it requires our website to have at least Page Rank of 4 to be accepted. If our websites have low pr then it’s more irrelevent for us to remain with the advertising network that emphasize the importance of high PR.
Anyway, I’ve been contacted by a company that is offering something new in the text-link-market place recently that I think the information about it should at least needed to be shared with you all. For those of you who have tons of website with low pr like pr1 or pr2, you should check out this new interesting text link market place by TNX that helps your websites build their revenue early in the start.

What is TNX?
Pronounced as “thanks”, TNX is a new company that aim to combine the benefits of Contextual Advertising, Text Link Brokers and Relevant Exchange of permanent non-reciprocal text links. They are currently serving a text link market place at TNX dot net.
How Does It Works?
Like any other startups are trying to achieve, TNX market place works by making tasks done easier for the users. If you’re a website publisher, you are able to sell each pages in your website with different PR to the advertisers automatically in their market place. The concept is you will earn with what you have. The rate you will sell your links will depends on your website’s pages Page Rank and its Link Popularity. (They have included an income calculator for that).
If you are concerned with your website traffic, your website search engine ranking should not be suffered as you will only be linking to the websites of the same category. This service is not intended to be used for PR growth, but to get more targeted traffic from websites and search engines. Hence this is not kind of evil link scheme too which will only bring trouble to the ones involved in the end. (Remember Chow John?)
If you’re An Advertiser..
Let’s go to the different aspect of view, if you are interested to get links to your website as an advertiser, you are able to buy link in mass quantity from the websites that are available in the marketplace. You don’t even have to look at the websites’ content for that. This is time saver for SEO optimization.
According to TNX, in addition of getting targeted visitors from websites that display your links, your website will get a substantial increase in the number of visitors that make targeted queries in search engines - all because each link is a direct link, and it is permanently displayed on a certain web page and contains unique keywords, search engine bots remember keywords and websites they are linking to.
It’s high possibality that next time when someone does a search for similar keyword, your website will be displayed higher in the search engine results which will mean more traffic and revenue for you site. But, the most important thing is, in addition to all of the above, your website will not brake rules of any search engine including Google.
The Company’s Charge
Instead of charging 50% like other company usually did, TNX charges its members just 12.5% both, advertiser and webmaster to cover all expenses including webhosting, moderators salary. I think the rate quite reasonable because we’ll definitely save our time selling link if we did it in a text link market place like TNX. Since time is money, why should we do it in a manual way? Some company charge us highly, so what TNX has now is a win-win situation for those who are involved in their system.
The Unique Feature: Points
TNX does not use $, but it uses points system just like many online games. I know some of you might don’t like other figure than $ (just like me) but it’s the only way it will work. You accumulate points by selling text links to the advertisers and then convert it to $ by selling the earned point to TNX (you will get paid via Paypal).
Bonus:
Get free 2000 points by joining the program and another 5000 points if your site get approved (usually takes 1 to 2 days). There is also referral program if you want to make additional bucks out of it.
To sum it up..
TNX.net is a new company, but their idea is creative and brought new level to the text-link business. If you want to make some money from your website or want to buy many relevant text links to boost your website traffic than the program that they are offering now is definitely good enough for you to try. Other things are self-explanationary. You can read some testimonials on their site to see different point of views. | TNX Homepage |

Sounds like an interesting program. Great write-up. I wonder if publishers will run into trouble with Google using this like they seem to have with other similar programs?

TNX seems to have approached a number of bloggers to review their offering. I have read some positive and some negative. I think that TNX should read the reviews and address the negatives, take corrective action and then relaunch a review onslaught.

Looks like a pretty nice place to start. I don’t need it where I am, but others might.

Based on my experience, TNX is just like ninja.s said, “great nice place to start”.. I see new members buying $250 credit, enough for hundreds and hundreds of links.. And who told you you have to be PR4 to be accepted at Text-Link-Ads..
January 17th, 2008 at 9:15 pm
Proof: My websites were only accepted to Text-Link-Ads after they reached pr4, but that was two years ago..
Maybe they changed the requirements since the Google penalizing on websites associating with TLA? I could care less about that matter..

Definitely, I was PR1 when I was accepted, in December. PS: I’m not penalised either, but got +2 PR..
